How to Make:
It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day (mixed in tea, drinks, food, etc.) for maximum benefit potential. The powder can be used in smoothies, turmeric tea, miso soup (or other vegetable soups), or added to any recipe for a little nutrition boost, such as salt and spice blends, sauces, salad dressings, cookies, muffins, breads, and anything else you can think of!
You can also mix the turmeric powder into a face mask for cleaner, brighter-looking skin. Mix the powder with your choice of honey, apple cider vinegar, yogurt and/or milk. Leave on your face for about 10 minutes and wash off. It is recommended to do this mask 1-2 times a week. *Turmeric will stain things easily! Avoid getting it on clothes and materials around you and avoid contact with the eyes.
*It is recommended to take black pepper with turmeric to aid in its absorption.
