How to Make:
Okinawa's representative donut "Sata Andagi" can be easily made by using this flour mix and adding eggs and neutral vegetable oil. This has the unique flavor of brown sugar and added wheat germ for more nutrition. You can make about 17 pieces in one bag. Wheat germ is part of the wheat kernel and is responsible for helping the plant reproduce and spawn new wheat. It is usually removed from most processed wheat products but is a major nutritional component of whole grain wheat.

Storage:
Avoid storing in a high temperature, high humidity place. Keep out of direct sunlight. It is best to store in temperatures under 25℃ (77℉).
Once open, regardless of the expiration date, please consume as soon as possible. In order to avoid high humidity and insect damage, keep in a tightly closed container.
