How to Make:
Kokuto Pancake Mix makes it easy to make fluffy pancakes using brown sugar and salt made directly in Okinawa. Depending on how you like your pancakes, you can make various textures, such as mixing it with just water to give it a "mochi texture", or by mixing it with eggs and milk (or milk substitute) to get a "fluffy texture". Just mix and bake, so it's perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. You can store the pancakes in the freezer and reheat them in the microwave for a busy day.
Avoid storing in a high temperature, high humidity place. Keep out of direct sunlight. It is best to store in temperatures under 25℃ (77℉).
Once open, regardless of the expiration date, please consume as soon as possible. In order to avoid high humidity and insect damage, keep in a tightly closed container.
